You can shop on our website 24 hours a day, but if you wish to speak to us, our office opening hours are:

9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Statutory Holidays)

Discussing your wedding favours whilst you are at work can be very difficult. We now have an out of hours, Wedding Consultant service Monday to Friday between 6pm and 8pm. If you wish to speak to our Consultant, please drop her an email at consultant@thefavourgallery.co.uk with the day you would like to discuss your favours and she will reply to confirm the time she will call you.

We also have a 24 hour message service where you can leave a message and you can always email us at info@thefavourgallery.co.uk.
